Cette semaine est marquée par la tenue du Salon Viva Technology du 16 au 18 mai à Porte de Versailles. En l’espace de quatre ans, ce salon est devenu la référence de l’innovation et rassemble l’ensemble de ses acteurs : 100 500 visiteurs, 9 000 startups, 1 900 investisseurs 1900 journalistes, et de nombreux speakers parmi lesquels les CEO d’Alibaba, de Wikipédia, de L’Oréal, Renault, IBM ou encore RATP Group. Si l’intérêt de ce salon pour les startups, les investisseurs et les directions de l’innovation n’est plus à présenter, qu’en est-il des ressources humaines ? Viva Technology apporte-t-il réellement des informations aux professionnels RH ? La réponse est oui. Les RH pourront y découvrir des interventions et tables rondes sur les thématiques de la formation, du recrutement, de l’espace de travail, du bien-être au travail, du futur des métiers, ou des pitchs et challenges de startups RH. Ce salon peut donc être très intéressant, à condition de bien choisir ses conférences et de bien planifier sa visite.
